They don’t call Nashville “Music City” for nothing! Aspiring musicians have long flocked to country music’s city of dreams with big ambitions. This popular showcase welcomes Grammy-performing percussionist Jack Dratch along with six of Nashville’s most-anticipated emerging singer/songwriters: Max Boyle, soulful semi-finalist on The Voice; Adam Wendler, prolific “surf country” collaborator; Andrea Vasquez, blending modern country with her Latin roots; rock-country maverick Brody Mckinney; former King Calaway member Chad Michael Jervis; and Jenny Tolman, who’s bringing humor back into country. Powerhouse vocals and unstoppable attitude combine in the petite package that is Andrea Vasquez. The Cali-native has blended her love of modern country and Latin-American roots to create a refreshing sound within the genre. Inspired by the likes of Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, and The Chicks, Andrea has been crafting her unique sound and becoming a success story that future generations of aspiring country artists who share her Latino heritage will strive to emulate. Recognized as one of Apple Music’s Class of Color Me Country, Andrea’s previous release, Waste of Gas, made its world premiere on WSM Radio and was also on The Ty Bentli Show, on Apple Music. She has gained significant attention, earning features in Billboard, Music Row Magazine, Nashville Scene, Rolling Stone, The Washington Post, and more. She received the prestigious DISCovery Award from renowned music critic Robert K. Oermann and garnered strong support from CMT, with numerous videos on CMT and on CMT Music’s 12 Pack Countdown. Andrea’s songs surpassed half a million streams just on Spotify and have landing on curated Spotify and Apple Music playlists. She is also a member of the Song Suffragettes, the only all- female country music singer-songwriter weekly show in Nashville. Andrea was Best Country Music Artist runner-up for 2 years in a row at the Best Of Nashville.
