Vegan/Cooked/Raw Sushi Rolling Experience

Join Chef Robèar at Yerba for a guided 4-course sushi rolling class! Make and enjoy your own custom rolls, seaweed salad, and yuzu sorbet. Located in Historic Old Town Alexandria Virginia, Chef Robéar transforms this holistic wellness boutique into a mindful cooking studio that satisfies all of your senses. Chef instructs an intimate and interactive 4-course sushi rolling class in groups of two. All materials (kitchen equipment, aprons, knives, ingredients, etc.) will be provided and there will be no clean up necessary! Students will construct a Seaweed Salad and learn to roll TWO sushi rolls of their choice. Meanwhile, a Yuzu Sorbet demo at the start of class will be ready to enjoy for our third course. Students will also learn basic knife skills, professional kitchen tips & tricks and various sushi facts throughout the course. The Seaweed Salad & Yuzu Sorbet are Vegan and Gluten-Free and are included with each menu. You may then choose one of the three menus to customize your sushi experience.
