Bicyclists Against Invasive Vines

Sat 17 Oct · 9:00 AM Marvin Gaye Trail

A ride/trail clean up of invasive plants! This bike ride is geared towards educating trail users about invasive vines and how removing them can help to make navigating the trails a much safer experience. This event will double as a cleanup and invasive plant removal event with Chesapeake Climate Action Network as our main partner. This event will help to bring more awareness about the wet and woodlands that houses our off road multi use trails. This event will be free in an attempt to attract as many participants as possible and to reduce any cost obstacles that may deter participants from attending this event. We will be partnering with community organizations to promote this event within the community as a means to not only explore the trails but as an opportunity to be more involved and informed about our community green spaces.

Welcome to AskAlice

Hi, I'm Alice.

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.
