Sound Bath with Spiral Sensations

Thu 5 Nov · 7:00 PM 43454 Crossroads Dr

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or drums. The goal is to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a meditative state. Many people describe it as a form of “sonic meditation” that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being. What to expect: Gentle, continuous sound waves creating a calming atmosphere. A quiet, restful environment where you can close your eyes and relax. Some people feel deeply rested, while others may experience emotional release or heightened clarity. Precautions: Those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or serious sound sensitivities should consult a healthcare provider before attending. The sound may get intense at times. If you’re prone to anxiety triggered by loud or unexpected sounds, let the facilitator know beforehand. Bring a mat, blanket, and/or pillow to stay comfortable during the session.

Welcome to AskAlice

Hi, I'm Alice.

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.
