Truffles and Cheese @ Each Peach Market

Get ready for the holiday entertaining season with an evening devoted to one of the world’s most luxurious pairings: truffles and cheese. November marks that start of truffle season, and we’ll being by uncovering what truffles actually are, how they’re found, and why these elusive underground treasures are so prized. Then we’ll taste our way through luscious triple crème bries to aged cheeses where truffle has been woven in to enhance, not overwhelm. Paired with festive accompaniments – this is one class you will not want to miss! This class will take place at the Each Peach Kitchen (3064 Mt Pleasant St next door) from 6–7.30 PM. Limited space.
