LIVE MUSIC: Halloween Charity Jam with Road Trip Poets and Friends
Fri 23 Oct · 7:30 PM Galactic Panther Art Gallery · Old Town Alexandria
Get ready to jam out for a good cause with Road Trip Poets and friends in a spooky Halloween music bash! Road Trip Poets are a unique blend of acoustic Trip-Folk and percussive noise, a place where Nick Cave and Tom Waits have Portishead's baby, without anesthesia, and not a lot of electricity. The perfect show for the weekend before Halloween! Creepy sites and sounds from some of the area's best noise ensembles come together for the Road Trip Poets annual Halloween benefit-- this year in support of the American Stroke Associations.
