Are The Numbers on The Wall? 2026 Political Analytics Conference

Tomorrow McCourt School of Public Policy · Georgetown

The McCourt School is proud to announce its collaboration with Decision Desk HQ and Harvard University for the Political Analytics Conference (https://politicalanalyticsconference.com/), a premier convening at the intersection of data, politics and journalism that seeks to foster ethical, transparent and robust frameworks for applying analytics in politics moving forward. This two-day conference will take place on Thursday evening, October 8, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday, October 9, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 125 E St. To view the full list of speakers, please click here (https://politicalanalyticsconference.com/2026-speakers). In an age of growing political polarization, misinformation and rapid technological change, understanding how data and analytics shape public discourse is more critical than ever. Building on last year's momentum, this second edition of the Political Analytics Conference reboot aims to explore how emerging analytic tools are reshaping political campaigns, news coverage and civic engagement in the 21st century–with engaging keynotes and panels featuring thought leaders from academia, media, political practice and data science.

Welcome to AskAlice

Hi, I'm Alice.

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.
