Join leading voices from across the patent law landscape—including experienced judges, in-house counsel, practitioners, and academics—for a program discussing the post-grant practice at the PTAB, recent developments and trends, impacts on reexam practice, impacts on District Court and ITC litigation, policy considerations, and more.
