AUDITIONS: RIDE THE CYCLONE

by CTAD & CMUS What: Join us to audition for the CTAD & CMUS production of Ride the Cyclone with music, book & lyrics by Jacob Richmond & Brooke Maxwell. This show will have Jennifer J. Hopkins as Artistic Director & Choreographer with Rahzé Sinclair as Musical Director. It will run from April 1-3 at 7:30 PM & April 4 at 2:00 PM in Betts Theatre, USC. Play Synopsis: The Ultimate Popularity Contest: Six dead teens. Only one gets a ticket back to the land of the living. The catch? They have to vote on who deserves it most. You thought high school group projects were toxic? Try navigating this purgatory! When: Auditions are 10-minute slots on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:30-9:30PM. Callbacks will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 6:30-9:30 PM What to prepare: Please be prepared to perform 32 bars of a musical theatre song – the director suggests you prepare the entire song from which they are procuring your cut as you might be asked to perform more. Additionally, a brief monologue 1-3 minutes (contemporary or classical). Where: Black Box of Building XX SIGN UP
