National Symphony Orchestra: Handel's Messiah

Thu, Dec 17 · 7:00 PM Lisner Auditorium · Foggy Bottom

Hallelujah! You know the chorus, but there is a universe to discover beyond those famous four minutes. This December, early-music master Richard Egarr makes his NSO debut conducting Handels Messiah, the iconic holiday favorite that can be hushed, roaring, and wondrously divine. However you know Messiah?as a yearly tradition, a piece you sang yourself, or music you have never heard live?there is nothing like being in the room when the first notes begin. There is a ticket limit of 8 tickets per person and per credit card on this event.

Welcome to AskAlice

Hi, I'm Alice.

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.
