We’re having a bake club picnic! 🧁🍂 Come spend a cozy Saturday afternoon baking, snacking, and hanging out with other dessert lovers. 📅 Saturday, October 24 🕑 2:00–5:00 PM 📍 Meridian Hill Park (Malcolm X Park) 🍪 THE BAKE Everyone should bring one festive dessert to share—homemade, semi-homemade, or store-bought is totally fine! Minimum: 1 dozen pieces/servings of your dessert. Think: 🎃 Pumpkin treats 👻 Ghost cookies 🍎 Apple desserts 🍫 Chocolate everything 🧁 Fall cupcakes 🥧 Mini pies 🍂 Your favorite spooky-season creation There’s no competition and no pressure to be a professional baker. We’re here to eat good desserts and have a good time. 🧺 THE PICNIC Since we’ll be at the park, please bring: * A blanket or portable seating for yourself * Your dessert + serving utensils * A drink for yourself * Anything else that will make you comfortable hanging outside for a few hours Feel free to bring extra picnic supplies if you’d like! 👻 Dress code: Festive fall / spooky vibes encouraged. 🕯️ Think cozy, cute, witchy, autumnal, Halloween-inspired or whatever spooky season means to you. Come with a dozen treats. Leave with a bunch of new favorites. 🎃🍪
