Filipino American Cancer Care is delighted to welcome back acclaimed Filipino-American Tenor ALLAN PALACIOS CHAN as one of our special guest performers at the Fashion for Hope & Courage Charity Gala on October 31, 2026, 4pm at Magnoliya Grand Conference and Event Center. A familiar voice at FACC events, Allan has generously shared his extraordinary musical talent in support of our cancer beneficiaries. He and his family have been longtime supporters of our organization. Hailed by Opera News as a “clarion high tenor,” Allan has performed on prestigious stages, including Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. A magna cum laude graduate of George Mason University and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, he has performed with several opera companies and continues to champion Filipino music, particularly Kundiman. His mother, Lulut Palacios Chan, a cancer survivor and F.A.C.C. advisor, is also one of our 2026 Philanthropic Hero Awardees. We are grateful to Allan and the entire Palacios Chan family for their continued generosity and support of FACC and our cancer patient beneficiaries.
