John Doyle, Cathie Ryan, and Mick McAuley, three of Irish music's most beloved performers, come together for a rare United States tour this Christmas season in An Irish Christmas. Their festive celebration of the season is a joyous mix of cherished carols, traditional tunes and airs, and newly composed songs for the holidays. It is no understatement to say that John Doyle is an Irish guitar legend. His virtuoso guitar style has changed the way Irish music is accompanied. His singing, songwriting, original instrumentals, and musical acumen have made him a stand out on the world stage. Mick McAuley, renowned melodeon player, singer, composer, and tin whistle player is a longtime collaborator of Sting and many other musical greats. The An Irish Christmas concert tour was born when John and Mick teamed up to write and record This Christmas Time, a collection of songs, tunes, and spoken word released in 2024, which became the heart of their holiday concerts. Last year they invited good friend and vocalist Cathie Ryan to join them as a special guest. An esteemed singer, songwriter, performer, and educator who has long been in the vanguard of Irish Music, Cathie brought her own magic to the show and joins An Irish Christmas once again for 2026.
