 Area Parking Area 5. One of the signature features of this hike is the cr
 ossing of Parkers Creek itself—no bridge here any longer\, but a raft\, t
 ethered by sturdy wires. Hikers must pull themselves hand-over-hand acros
 s the placid water. We will continue on the Parker's Creek Loop and an ex
 tension past the Historic Holly Hill Barn\, offering a hike through diver
 se landscapes. From there\, the group will continue back to the trailhead
