D.C. Science Café: Heal the Sky

The D.C. Science Café is back! After a pandemic hiatus, DC’s best venue to talk with experts on hot topics is returning to Busboys and Poets. Our inaugural topic is ‘Heal The Sky: the science of the Antarctic ozone hole and public policy,’ by Paul A. Newman of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and NASA Goddard. Closest metro station is Mt. Vernon Sq and there are several parking garages nearby. Date: November 18, 2026. Time: 6 to 8 p.m. Address: 450 K St NW Washington DC 20001.
