The annual Hyattsville International Fall Bazaar, held at Hyattsville Mennonite Church, is happening Saturday, Nov. 21, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at the church at 4217 East-West Highway, Hyattsville. Get started on your holiday shopping while supporting fair trade incomes for diverse artisan cultures from around the world, featuring products from Ten Thousand Villages, SERRV, Equal Exchange, and many more! Explore handmade jewelry, home décor, art, textiles, and accessories, all of which are certified fair-trade and help create sustainable, long-term relationships in places where skilled artisans struggle to make a living wage. Quilts hand crafted by volunteers will be available for purchase. Proceeds support Mennonite Central Committee’s relief, development, and peace work around the world. Stock up on homemade baked goods , with proceeds going to support programs in our community. Talented bakers from the church will offer up whoopie pies, breads, cookies, and more! BBQ sandwich meals will also be available. Admission is free.
