Join the Military Women’s Memorial at the Northern Virginia Veterans Parade! Calling all women veterans and Servicemembers! The Military Women’s Memorial invites women veterans and currently serving military women to join our MWM community as we proudly march together in the Northern Virginia Veterans Parade in historic Manassas, Virginia! Saturday, November 7, 2026 Manassas, Virginia Participant Arrival: No later than 9:45 AM Come walk with us as the Military Women’s Memorial’s beautifully wrapped van makes its way along the parade route and we wave to the crowds, celebrate military service, and proudly represent the generations of women who have served our Nation. This is an opportunity to come together as a community, celebrate your service, and help ensure that the contributions of America’s military women are seen, recognized, and remembered. Who Can Join Us? We welcome women veterans and currently serving women from all branches and eras of service to march with the Military Women’s Memorial. Whether you served decades ago or are serving today, we would be honored to have you walk alongside us. Please wear: Military Women’s Memorial apparel, attire representing your military branch, or red, white, and blue. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly encouraged. Parade Day Details The Military Women’s Memorial will participate in the parade with our wrapped MWM van and a group of military women walking alongside it. MWM will also host a table at the Harris Pavilion in Manassas as part of the day's activities. All parade participants must be at our assigned staging location no later than 9:45 AM. At least until we receive our parade division, we recommend meeting our Team at 9:30AM at the VFW in Manassas. At 9:45AM, we will move to our parade division location. **Please note that you will need to find parking at designated areas in Manassas. We do not have parking at the VFW. IMPORTANT: Our specific parade division, position number, and staging location will be assigned by the parade organizers closer to the event. Registered participants will receive those final meeting and staging details before parade day. Parking & Staging Please plan ahead for parking and allow additional time to walk from your parking location to our assigned staging area. Only vehicles participating in the parade procession are permitted in the staging areas. Personal vehicles should be parked in designated public parking areas throughout the City of Manassas. When you arrive at the staging area, follow the directions of Parade Marshals, who will help participants locate their assigned division and position. There may be some distance between public parking and our staging location, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Come March With Us!
