Drop In Talk: Flak-Bait: A Story of Survival from World War II
Tue 29 Sep · 1:00 PM National Air and Space Museum · National Mall
The Martin B-26B Marauder Flak-Bait survived over 200 missions during World War II, the most flown by any American aircraft. After many years of storage and partial display, the National Air and Space Museum is now preserving the artifact to reveal the amazing stories of the people that built, maintained, flew, and fought in Flak-Bait. These events are free, but you must have free timed entry tickets to the Museum on the day of the program.
