Tarbender's Lounge

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.

• Browse everything upcoming, filterable by date, area and price.
• Filters narrow the list down to exactly what you're into, right from the button above it.
• Alice's Picks a running, handwritten column of what's actually worth going to.
• Saved once you tell me what you like (or heart a few things), your own ranked feed shows up here.
• The weekly email a short list in your inbox, personalized to your tastes, before the week gets away from you.
