Creek Crossing work Bull Run Occoquan Trail

Sat, Oct 10 Trailhead in the PATC listing

We will be resetting some of the concrete pillars used to cross the creek, and reinforcing the bases to make them more stable. This will involve rock bar work and possibly some rigging work. Work area is an easy mile walk in. We will be working in the creek which is generally knee deep so come prepared to get wet, and bring towel, dry clothes/shoes for end of the day. Bring water snacks, lunch, and any meds you might need, and gloves. I will provide tools, hardhats, safety glasses, encouragement trail head is on Balmoral Greens Ave in Clifton Va.
