The Blueprint Book Release Party

Tonight · 6:00 PM Busboys and Poets - 450 K St NW · Mount Vernon Triangle

Join us live to celebrate the launch of The Blueprint. Co-sponsored by Jacobin Magazine Join Mike Beggs, Ben Burgis, and Daniel Tutt for a conversation celebrating the release of The Blueprint: How Socialism Can Work in the Real World, the new book by Beggs, Burgis, and Bhaskar Sunkara. Moving beyond abstract calls for change, The Blueprint asks one of the most urgent and difficult questions facing the left: if capitalism is failing, what could a workable socialist alternative actually look like? Welcome to AskAlice

Hi, I'm Alice.

I go out a lot around DC, Virginia and Maryland, and I got tired of losing hours to Instagram Stories and a dozen venue calendars just to find out what was happening. So I built this to do that watching for me — real, confirmed events pulled from hundreds of sources, sorted so you can find your night instead of hunting for it.
